FanDuel on Tuesday introduced “My Spend,” a new responsible gambling dashboard that is personalized to the user and designed to help customers track how they spend money across FanDuel’s sportsbook, racing, casino, and fantasy sites while also allowing them to manage their budget.

Customers can see how much they’ve deposited over the last week, the last month, or the last three months. They can also see how much money they’ve won or lost during the time frames.

“FanDuel believes our customers should always have a budget and plan in mind when they engage with our products, and we are thrilled to introduce My Spend to help customers track their spending and manage their play,” Alison Kutler, FanDuel’s vice president, responsible gaming and community impact, said in a release. “As we look to continuously raise the standard for what it means to be a responsible operator, we look forward to continuing to bring new and innovative ways [to] support our customers.”

The My Spend dashboard is also set up to encourage gamblers to use the suite of responsible gambling tools FanDuel makes available, including deposit and wager limits.

FanDuel developed the tool based on both internal and external research, with users having expressed an interest in seeing their own behavior laid bare.

      Not as comprehensive as DraftKings

FanDuel’s main competitor, DraftKings, has a similar set-up, calling its offering “My Stat Sheet.” It is more robust, showing time spent on the sites and how much was won/lost on each individual gambling site (sportsbook, casino, fantasy), as well as lifetime statistics.

FanDuel is launching a new advertising campaign surrounding the launch of My Spend, encouraging its customers to use the dashboard and to utilize the spending and budgeting aspects of the site. The ads will run across television, digital, and social media, and will be broadcast in both English and Spanish.

My Spend is accessible throughout FanDuel’s entire product ecosystem, encompassing the operator’s sportsbook, casino, fantasy, racing, and faceoff platforms. Players looking to learn more about this feature and FanDuel’s broader stated dedication to responsible gambling practices can find detailed information by visiting fanduel.com/myspend.
