Not long after making some key acquisitions, gaming technology and casino solutions provider Aristocrat Leisure Limited is mixing things up. It has announced a strategic consolidation of its Anaxi and NeoGames operations into a newly formed business unit, Aristocrat Interactive.
Effective June 26, all operations previously conducted under the Anaxi brand and those that were part of Neo Group Ltd transitioned to the Aristocrat Interactive brand. Neo Group’s lineup includes NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet, and Pariplay.
This strategic move unifies these various entities under one cohesive brand. It also aims to leverage their combined strengths to offer a more integrated and robust gaming experience.
A key milestone in this consolidation was Aristocrat’s acquisition of NeoGames, which it completed at the end of April for a reported $1.2 billion.
